We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, occasionally there might be errors. If we discover an error in pricing or product information, we’ll notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or refund your payment.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase our products. We’ll send you a confirmation email once we’ve accepted your order. The contract between us is only formed when we send this confirmation.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Here’s how we get your gear to you:

Order Processing

We need 1-2 business days to process your order before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once it’s on its way.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95. Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (like customs delays, weather, or global events) might affect delivery times.

You’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s import regulations.

We want you to be totally stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s our policy:

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on CLOTHING items (including Fleece, Hats & Accessories, Pants & Shorts, Performance Shirts & Rash Guards, Trunks & Boardshorts, and Womper products) unless they are defective or we’ve made an error in your order.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Wait for our approval (we’ll respond within 2 business days).
3. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
4. Ship your return to: Kyosho Shop, 4846 Birch Street, El Paso, US 79930.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For defective or wrong items received, we’ll happily exchange your product for a proper one. We’ll cover the shipping costs for exchanges that are our fault.
