We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Once your order is placed, our crew gets to work right away.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free!
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you’re totally stoked with your new gear from Kyosho Shop. While we strive to ensure every product catches the perfect wave of quality, we understand that sometimes things might not ride as expected. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as easy as possible.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on CLOTHING items (including Fleece, Hats & Accessories, Pants & Shorts, Performance Shirts & Rash Guards, Trunks & Boardshorts, and Womper products) unless they are defective or we’ve made an error in your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to get your return or exchange rolling:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our crew will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail your return to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For defective or wrong items received, we’ll happily exchange your product for a proper one. We’ll cover the shipping costs for exchanges that are our fault.
