We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our crew will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return to: Kyosho Shop, 4846 Birch Street, El Paso, US 79930. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline and Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For defective or wrong items received, we’ll happily exchange your product for a proper one. We’ll cover the shipping costs for exchanges that are our fault.
