Based right here in sunny El Paso, we’re all about bringing the surf lifestyle to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world (well, almost everywhere—more on that below).

Where We Ship

We ship globally to fuel your passion for surfing and adventure! However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot deliver to Asia and some remote areas. But don’t worry—if you’re unsure about your location, just reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we’ll help you out.

Processing Your Order

Once you’ve placed your order, our team gets to work right away. We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We’re all about quality, so we double-check every surfboard, piece of clothing, and accessory to ensure it meets our high standards before it ships. After all, we want you to have nothing but good vibes when your Kyosho gear arrives.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to fit your needs and keep things affordable—because we believe everyone deserves a taste of the surf life without breaking the bank.

• Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): This is our go-to for fast and reliable delivery. Your order will arrive within 10-15 days after it ships. The cost is just $12.95, making it a great option if you’re eager to get out there quickly.
• Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. This eco-friendly option takes a bit longer—15-25 days after shipping—but it’s perfect if you’re planning ahead and love a good deal. Plus, who doesn’t love free shipping?

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your gear’s journey from our sunny shores in El Paso right to your door. We’re all about transparency, so you’ll always know where your stuff is.

Returns & Exchanges

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not totally stoked with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
